An 8-Lot Single Family Subdivision located in the Mission San Jose District of Fremont.  The project proposes an sensitive, responsive addition in close proximity to a historic district.

In the past decade, the City of Dublin has experienced exponential growth, offering affordable housing options for middle-class families priced out of urban centers.  Conveniently located along a BART line, and within a 35 miles of San Francisco, Dublin now features world class retail centers, ammenties, and is actively working on developing a central downtown district.

A 420-Acre Master Planning Community District in Gilroy, CA.

Wanmei Properties is partnered with a local landowner and City Officials in formulating a City-sponsored Annexation and Masterplanning effort for the former agricultural plot.
